We've recently upgraded our system to make accessing your account simpler and more secure. You no longer need a password to log in. Here’s how it works and answers to other common questions.
Logging In & Access
How do I log in to my account? I can't find the password field.
Our new site uses a secure, passwordless login system. You no longer need to remember a password.
- Click the 'Sign In' button.
- Enter the email address associated with your subscription.
- We'll instantly send a "magic link" to your email inbox.
- Open the email and click the link to be logged in automatically.
I’m not receiving my login link email.
Sometimes these emails can be delayed by a few minutes or get caught in spam or junk folders. Please check those folders first. If you still can’t find the email after 5-10 minutes, please contact us at printads@leader.net.au for assistance.
I’m signed in but still can’t view the full articles.
If you are logged in but cannot access subscriber content, there may be an issue with your subscription status. This is usually caused by a failed payment. Please go to your account portal to check that your payment details are correct and up to date.

Are payments secure?
All credit card payments are processed by Stripe. Learn more about Stripe’s security here.
When will I be charged?
Monthly subscriptions renew every 4 weeks. Annual subscriptions renew every 12 months. Your My Account page displays your next payment date.
My Account
How do I change my subscription?
Go to My Account. Click Change for your plan and the available plans will display. A new window will confirm the amount due. If you choose to upgrade the plan, your credit card will be charged only for the remaining days in the billing period at the new plan rate.
How do I change my email address?
Go to My Account. Click Edit, type your new email address and click the Save button. Remember that your email address is your unique identifier for logging in.
How do I update my credit card details?
Go to My Account. In Billing Info, click Update and enter your new credit card details. Save to apply the change.
How do I cancel my subscription/account?
Go to My Account. Click Change for your plan and the available plans will display. Underneath these, there will be an option to Cancel subscription.
How do I restart my subscription after cancelling?
After cancelling, you will be able to Sign In using your existing email address and then upgrade to a paid subscription.
When is my next payment due?
Go to My Account. Your renewal date will be listed with your plan. If your payment fails for any reason, you will receive an email notification.
